Tenderized steak with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 3 tenderized steaks
  • 1 packet brown onion soup
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Grated Cheese

Method:

  1. Place foil in an ovenproof baking dish (big enough to cover top of steaks as well).
  2. Sprinkle half the brown onions soup directly on the foil where the steaks will be placed.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of steak with black pepper to taste, and place on foil (no salt is needed).
  4. Sprinkle the remaining soup powder on top of steaks and fold the foil over.
  5. Bake for 35 min on 180.
  6. Remove steaks from foil and place aside.
  7. Mix the wine with sauce in foil and add the quartered mushrooms and sprinkle with black pepper.
  8. Cover the sauce covered mushrooms with the foil and bake for 7 min.
  9. Place steak on serving dish topped with mushrooms and grated cheese.
  10. Serve with pap and sauce.
