This Thai Hot sauce is named after the seaside town of Sri Racha, in Thailand. The bright red sauce is a mixture of chillies, garlic, sugar, salt and vinegar. The sauce has gained immense popularity and has become a staple on most restaurant tables. Founded in 1995, Suree foods is a family owned business, as well as the leading manufacturer of a line of premium quality Thai food products.
