- Cooking oil
- 1 ½ onions, chopped
- 15ml Rajah All-in-one Curry Powder
- 10ml Robertsons Steak & Chops Spice
- 500g RICH MEATS Mutton Stewing Pieces
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 250ml water
- 1 Mutton Stock Cube
- 30ml Minestrone Soup
- In a pot, heat oil and fry the chopped onion until browned
- Add the Rajah All-in-One Curry Powder, Robertsons Steak & Chop Spice and tomatoes
- Fry for about 2 minutes
- Add the RICH MEATS Mutton Stewing Pieces to the same pot and fry until well browned
- Add the potatoes, carrots, water and a Mutton Stock Cube
- Stir well and allow to simmer with the lid on for approximately 45 minutes or until the meat is tender
- Stir occasionally
- Mix the Minestrone Soup with 4 tablespoons of water to form a smooth paste, add it to the pot and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes, or until the Stew has thickened
- Serve with rice or sadza
