Table View, Sunset Beach & Blaauwberg – Monday to Saturday.
False Bay Area including Muizenberg, Simon's Town, Hout Bay & Kommetjie – Wednesday.
Mitchells Plain – Area not on a set route, delivery day subject to number of accumulated orders in the area.

Tangy Polony Pasta
Ingredients:
- 250 g packet Spaghetti
- Sliced Polony cut into strips
- 1 onion(cut in cubes)
- 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) seeds
- ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt
- Tomato sauce
- Mayonnaise (cross and blackwell)
- Half sachet Tomato paste ( mixed with some water )
- 1 teaspoon Red masala
- 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)
- Jeeru (Cumin) seeds
Method:
- Bring water to a boil adding salt, oil and then add spaghetti and cook till tender
- Then heat up your pan with oil
- Add cubed onions with some salt and braise till golden
- Then add your polony and braise and fry
- Then add all your spices and add a little water
- Then add your tomato paste mixed with some water, leave to simmer
- Add a little tomato sauce and remove from stove
- Add mayonnaise to your cooked pasta, add enough then add your mixture from the pot and mix well, then add cheese and put lid on and leave to melt
- Add some dhania (coriander) to garnish and then it will be ready to serve
