Tangy Polony Pasta


  • 250 g packet Spaghetti
  • Sliced Polony cut into strips
  • 1 onion(cut in cubes)
  • 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) seeds
  • ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mayonnaise (cross and blackwell)
  • Half sachet Tomato paste ( mixed with some water )
  • 1 teaspoon Red masala
  • 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)
  • Jeeru (Cumin) seeds


  1. Bring water to a boil adding salt, oil and then add spaghetti and cook till tender
  2. Then heat up your pan with oil
  3. Add cubed onions with some salt and braise till golden
  4. Then add your polony and braise and fry
  5. Then add all your spices and add a little water
  6. Then add your tomato paste mixed with some water, leave to simmer
  7. Add a little tomato sauce and remove from stove
  8. Add mayonnaise to your cooked pasta, add enough then add your mixture from the pot and mix well, then add cheese and put lid on  and leave to melt
  9. Add some dhania (coriander) to garnish and then it will be ready to serve
